Salary Increment Calculator India
Calculate your salary hike percentage, increase amount and new monthly salary.
About the Salary Increment Calculator India
Calculate how much a percentage salary hike adds to your monthly pay and what your new monthly and annual salary would be.
How to use this calculator
- Enter current monthly salary.
- Enter the expected increment percentage.
- Review the increase amount and new salary.
How the calculation works
The calculator multiplies current salary by the hike percentage, adds the increase to the old salary, and annualizes the result by multiplying the new monthly salary by 12.
Example
A 10% hike on a ₹50,000 monthly salary adds ₹5,000 and produces a ₹55,000 monthly salary before any changes to deductions or other compensation.
Things to keep in mind
- A salary hike does not always equal the same percentage increase in CTC.
- Bonus and benefits can change separately.
- Taxes and payroll deductions are not included here.
- Use your offer letter for the final compensation structure.
